As part of this team, you’ll advise a blue-chip roster of clients—including major corporations, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals—on tax planning, corporate reorganizations, M&A structuring, cross-border transactions, and dispute resolution. The Calgary group is known for its depth, creativity, and commercial pragmatism.

Ideal candidates will have two to five years of experience in corporate tax law, either in private practice or at a Big Four firm.
